Allen Home Organizers Case Study | Luxury Brand Identity

As soon as she reached out, I was excited to take on Jen from Allen Home Organizers’s brand identity project. We were connected by my former client Nashville Home Organizers, and we’re both boy moms, so right off the bat I knew it was going to be a great project! Jen was in need of a new logo suite, a refreshed website, and creative strategy. With the cohesion of the final result, there is no doubt that their clients feel the comfortable luxury in their customer experience!

Jen was changing her business name from Organizing with Jen to Allen Home Organizers to represent how her team and services were expanding. She also wanted to showcase that her business was exactly what her areas of Texas needed. Through a new brand identity, we could do just that!

First, we needed to define how her brand needed to feel and, lucky for us, Jen was clear on her vision.

She wanted to convey comfortable luxury through her new style. We then developed the right mood board with high-end, fresh and familiar details. Imagine bright interiors with natural wood and modern finishes. Once we aligned on a mood, we developed a typography logo suite with modern lines and timeless color. The designer on our team picked the perfect font from the get go - Valuxe from Creative Market. It was smooth sailing from there!

Brand Identity Mood Board

(Fun fact - our designer actually knows the area that Allen Home Organizers services because she’s also based in Texas. This was an enormous help for our mood board and overall creative direction!)

While updating Jen’s current site, we encountered an error so we quickly set Allen Home Organizers up on our platform of choice, Squarespace. Jen had a speaking engagement the next day, so we rushed to copy her content over. Luckily her current site error resolved in time, but in the process we were all so smitten with Squarespace it was a no brainer to complete the move! So, in the middle of the project, we jumped from one web platform to another!

The final product is amazing. The Allen Home Organizers logo suite, typography, photo library, icons, website, social posts and guides are extremely cohesive. We used a light off-white to call out feature areas, and that subtle definition is what it’s all about! Even the photography feels familiar and accessible while also being down right gorgeous. We sourced a free eye catching collection from Unsplash to help the client on her way.

If I had to choose a favorite element from this brand identity, it would be their logotype.

We designed a monograph style logo with a trendy and timeless oval border. It’s just so luxurious to me. It’s something they can feature forever because it’s a timeless look!

Jen was an ideal client because she was so clear on what her business’ personality was. We loved her feedback, she was always on point and we were able to align on the final look in good time. Working with clients who are confident in what they want when it comes to their brand identity makes our jobs so much easier!
